We have been here for a bit, and our space is filled with the usual engineering tools—computers, printers, and lots of folders. It is not a shiny corporate office with a lobby. We have a few rooms where we sit and work on our designs. Sometimes it gets a little hot in the afternoons, but we have our fans and AC units going. We usually go out for a quick vada pav or chai in the evenings when the weather cools down. The staff here is mostly local, so we speak a mix of Hindi, Marathi, and English. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and go home.
