Jabil Circuites Technologies I Pvt Ltd

Our workplace, Jabil Circuites Technologies I Pvt Ltd, is actually inside a residential society. We are in Flat 207 of the Suryadarshan Society. It’s quite near Maratha Mandir, so it’s easy for people to find if they know the local landmarks. Working out of a flat gives the whole thing a different feel. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see elsewhere. We have a kitchen that we use for making coffee and a small balcony where some of the guys go to catch their breath. The society is usually quiet during the day because most people are out at work. We try not to bother the neighbors too much with our deliveries. It can be a bit tight when we have a lot of circuit components coming in all at once. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying heavy bags. We’ve got our desks squeezed in where they fit best. It’s a very practical way to run a small technology company without all the overhead of a massive office. Sometimes the neighbor’s cat wanders in if we leave the door open. We don't mind. It's just a small, local setup where we do our technical stuff and try to stay productive. It’s a bit cramped, and the lighting could be better, but it works for us. We just focus on the daily chores and getting the circuits ready. It’s a lot of work for a small crew in a flat, but we managed to make it homey.
