We are based in New Panvel East, inside the Maruti Rachana housing society. Our office is actually in a flat, number 308 in Wing B of Plot C 7, Sector 7. It’s not your usual shop on a main street. It’s a lot more quiet and residential, which we quite like. Being in a housing complex means we don't get random walk-ins, and most of our work is done through existing contacts. We handle various business matters and paperwork from our desks here. It’s a small group of us, just making sure everything stays on track. New Mumbai has changed a lot since we started, but our little corner in Sector 7 feels pretty much the same. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a very straightforward, practical way to run a company. We don't have any big signs outside or flashy logos. Sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find the right wing in the society, but once they find us, it’s all fine. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just sit down, do the work that needs doing, and keep things moving along. It’s a calm environment and it suits the way we like to operate. We’ve been here long enough that it just feels like home. There’s no pressure to grow too big or change how we do things. We just keep it simple and stay focused on the day's tasks. It works well for us.
