J T Communications

J T Communications is located over at Yerwada 5, right where the street gets busy near the corner. We’ve been running this shop for a few years now. Most of our day is spent helping people with their mobile plans or fixing small issues with their handsets. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. People from the neighborhood come in for all sorts of things, like buying a new tempered glass or just asking why their internet isn't working right. Yerwada is a lively place, and being at number 5 means we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The shop is small, so we keep things organized as much as possible, though the back room is full of old phone parts and boxes. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city. We just want to make sure when someone brings a phone in, it gets looked at properly without much delay. Sometimes we’re just chatting with customers about the local news while we work on a device. It’s that kind of place. You might have to wait a bit if we're busy with a complicated repair. We handle things like charging port issues and software glitches mostly. It’s just us working through the pile of devices on the desk. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here. It's a simple life.
