Iwarelogic

Our office is right on Baner Road in Pune, in a building called Aditi Samruddhi. If you’ve ever driven down Baner Road, you know how much it has changed over the years. It’s constantly moving, and we’re right in the thick of it at Iwarelogic. Our space is functional and mostly filled with monitors and coffee mugs. We aren't one of those massive IT parks with thousands of people. We’re a bit smaller, which means we actually know everyone’s name here. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the Pune traffic, but once you’re inside the office, things settle down. We spend our time working through logic and software problems. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of quiet focus, though we do have our moments of loud debating over a piece of code. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see the city rushing by while we sit at our desks. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a plain, honest workspace. We chose this spot because it’s central to everything we need. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get vada pav or bringing something from the small kitchen area we have set up. We’ve built a steady routine here at Aditi Samruddhi. It’s just a group of people doing their best to make the software work like it’s supposed to, day in and day out, without making a big fuss.
