We are based in the Karvenagar area of Pune, specifically in Navasahayadri. It’s right near the Vithal Mandir, which is a big landmark for us. If you’re looking for Ivitesse Technologies, you just look for the temple and you’re pretty much there. Our office is a simple setup in a quiet neighborhood. It’s mostly tech work we do here, but you wouldn’t know it from the outside. We don’t have any glowing signs or high-tech looking furniture. It’s just some desks, good computers, and a lot of cables running across the floor. The area is nice and green, which is a relief when you’ve been staring at a screen for five hours. We often hear the bells from the temple during the day, which gives the place a very calm feeling. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and writing code, often while sharing a packet of biscuits. It’s not the kind of place where you have to wear a tie. We just show up in our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them laughing while we’re trying to fix a bug. It’s a very local, grounded environment. We’re just a bunch of people who like technology and happened to set up shop in a nice part of Pune. It works out well for everyone.
