Itsn Solutions Llp

Itsn Solutions Llp is based out of Matruchaya in Navi Peth. It is an old-school Pune neighborhood, very busy with students and local shops. Our office is in Flat A, Sn 212, right in 39 Rambag Colony. It is not a corporate park by any means. We are just a group of people trying to make things work from this small space. The traffic in Navi Peth can be a bit of a nightmare in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. There is a specific feel to this part of the city with all the trees and small eateries. We spend most of our time at our desks. The office has big windows which is nice when it rains. We usually order snacks from the shops downstairs. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't do big meetings or have a boardroom. Most discussions happen over a cup of chai in the kitchen area. People sometimes struggle to find the exact lane in Rambag Colony, so we have to explain the landmarks often. We aren't looking to move anytime soon. Being in a central spot like this makes it easier for everyone to reach. We’ve got a small fridge that mostly holds milk for tea and someone’s leftover lunch from yesterday. The wooden floors creak a bit when you walk toward the back office. It is not perfect, but it is home for eight hours a day. It's just how things go.
