Ites/Engineering Services Company

We run the Ites/Engineering Services Company out of a flat in Shalaka Apartment. It’s Flat Number 2, right on the same lane where Kotbagi Hospital is in the Aundh area. Being in Pune, and specifically Aundh, means we are in a busy part of the city, but our actual office is usually quite calm. It’s basically a converted residential space, so it feels more like a home than some sterile corporate office. We have our engineering books, some old computers, and a small table in the corner for having tea together. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a sign in the lobby. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and let you in. We spend most of the time looking at technical drawings or working on the fine details of a project. It’s quiet work that requires a lot of focus and patience. We’ve been in this specific building for some time now and we know most of the neighbors. We aren't looking to move into one of those big tech parks. This setup works for us because it’s simple and we can just focus on the engineering side of things without any distractions. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way. There are no corporate jargon or long meetings here, just us solving problems and getting the designs finished on time. It’s a decent way to work and it keeps us busy enough.
