It Administrator

This is basically the workspace of Manik Balaso Gaikwad. It is not really a big company with a hundred employees or anything like that. I just handle the IT administrator duties from here. It is a simple setup with a couple of computers, some servers that hum all day long, and a desk that is usually covered in cables and notes I wrote to myself. Most of the work involves keeping things running smoothly and fixing stuff when it breaks, which seems to happen more often than anyone likes. I don't have a fancy office building. It is just a functional space where I can get the job done without too many distractions. There is no receptionist or waiting room here. If you come by, you will likely find me hunched over a keyboard or under a desk trying to figure out why a network cable isn't working. It is quiet for the most part, which helps when I need to concentrate on coding or security stuff. The walls are pretty bare, and I usually have a half-empty cup of tea sitting somewhere. It is honest work and I have been doing it for a while now. I don't use any big fancy words to describe what I do. I just make sure the technology behaves itself so everyone else can do their jobs. It is just me and the machines most days, and that suits me fine.
