You can find Isquare Software Pvt. Ltd. at K-305 in the Mega Center. We are right off the Pune Solapur Road in Hadapsar. The Mega Center is a big place with lots of different businesses, so there is always a lot of activity in the hallways. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for the developers and the rest of the team to sit and get through the code. We’ve got some desks, a few old chairs, and too many coffee mugs lying around. Pune is a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in, even if we aren't in one of those massive IT parks with glass walls. We prefer being here in Hadapsar. It feels a bit more grounded. The traffic on Solapur Road is almost always a mess, so we hear the honking throughout the day. We don’t have a HR department with fancy posters on the walls. It’s just us working on software projects and trying to meet the deadlines we have. Sometimes we stay late and order food when a big task is due. It’s a relaxed atmosphere for the most part, with people just focusing on their screens. We have our routines, like the mid-afternoon snack run. It’s a typical software office without the corporate fluff you see in magazines. We just focus on the logic and the builds.
