Ispat Industries

We have been operating Ispat Industries from this spot in Nimisha Pride for quite a long time now. The address is Residential A-103, which is right on Plot No. 6, 7, 9, and 11 in the New Panvel area of Maharashtra. It is a bit of a mix here because it is a residential building but we have our office setup inside. You can find us pretty easily if you are looking for the plot numbers. The neighborhood is always active, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that on the outside. Most of our day is spent at the desks handling paperwork and talking to people who come by. It can get a little crowded in the room when we have a lot of files piled up, but we manage. The building is fairly well-kept, though the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive late in the day. New Panvel has really grown since we first moved in here. There are new shops and buildings coming up all the time. We like being in this part of town because it feels connected to everything else. It is not a big corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist, just us working hard to keep things moving. We usually make our own tea in the small pantry area and keep the windows open for some fresh air.
