Ispat Industries

Our office is located at 303 Gautam Chs in Sector 15 A. Panvel is a place that is always growing and changing, which makes it an interesting spot to have a business like Ispat Industries. It is a bit of a climb to the third floor if the electricity goes out, but we are used to it by now. We have been in this specific plot for a while. The desks are a bit cluttered with documents and samples. It’s not a showroom, just a place where the actual work happens. People come by to discuss requirements and we try to keep things straightforward. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist greeting you with a script. Usually, someone just looks up from their computer when the door opens. We deal with various metal-related projects and the logistics that go with them. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, and we just follow along with it. The monsoon season makes the commute a bit of a mess, but the office stays dry. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the schedules for the week. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a marketing team writing glossy brochures for us. We just handle the emails and the phone calls as they come in. Being in Maharashtra means there's always something happening nearby, but inside these walls, it’s mostly just focused quiet and the sound of typing. It is what it is.
