Ispat Industries

Our place, Ispat Industries, is in the Gautam Housing Society. We are in unit 101, which is in Sector 15 of New Panvel. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main highway. We’ve been here in Mumbai for quite a while now. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for us. We don’t have a massive sign or anything like that on the gate. People who need to find us usually know where the society is. Inside, it’s just a basic office. We have our desks, some chairs for when people stop by, and the usual stacks of paper that seem to never go away no matter how much we file. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. We’re just a small group of people working together to keep the business going. Sometimes we talk about the local news or what's happening in the sector over our lunch breaks. The area has changed over the years with more buildings coming up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just focus on the job and don't make a big deal out of it. It’s a plain, honest place to work. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done correctly. It's just how we operate here in Panvel.
