Ispat Industries Ltd,Mumbai

We work out of Madumalti Apartments, in unit number 203, which is located in Sector 4 of New Panvel. This is another one of our spots in Navi Mumbai. The building is a typical residential complex, and our office is right there on the second floor. It's a convenient location for us because it’s easy to get to from the main roads. The apartment itself has been modified a bit to fit all our office equipment, but it still feels like a home in some ways. We have some heavy desks and a lot of cables running along the floor for the network. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The windows look out over the rest of Sector 4, and we can see the neighborhood waking up if we get in early enough. We handle various aspects of the Ispat Industries Ltd business from this Mumbai branch. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere, and the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. The lift in Madumalti Apartments is a bit slow, so we often end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace for us.
