Our setup for Ispat Industries Ltd. is a bit spread out, covering the Dolvi and Pen areas, but we keep our main coordination point at Sachinam Appartment. It’s right in Sector-9 of New Panvel, specifically Flat No-101/A on Plot 188-189. It’s a busy residential area that’s also quite handy for getting to the industrial zones nearby. We spend a lot of time traveling between Navi Mumbai and the plant sites. The work is mostly about logistics and making sure the steel business keeps moving. It's not a glamorous job, just a lot of coordination and regular office tasks. The apartment serves us well because it’s easy to reach from the highway. We’ve been in this sector for a while, so the neighbors know us. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication with the team in Dolvi. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a simple desk setup and some filing cabinets. Lunch is usually whatever we can get quickly from the local shops downstairs. The weather in Panvel can be quite something during the monsoon, which sometimes slows our transit down. But we just keep at it. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the paperwork is filed and the shipments are tracked, we are satisfied. That is the reality of our daily life here in Sector-9.
