Ispat Industries Ltd.

We are over at Krishna Sagar Apartment in Sector-4 of New Panvel. The office for Ispat Industries Ltd. is located in Flat No. 169 and 170 on Plot No. 101. It’s a bit of an interesting layout because we use two flats joined together for the business. It gives us a bit more room to breathe and store our things than a single flat would. Navi Mumbai is where we’ve set up shop, and this specific part of Sector-4 is quite busy during the week. There are always people moving around the apartment complex and the local market nearby. The building is older, but it’s sturdy enough for our use. We have our filing system in one part and the desks in the other. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see, but it works for what we do day to day. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few notes taped up near the phones. The commute for the staff is alright, mostly taking the local trains or buses to the station. We start our day early before the sun gets too high. By the time the afternoon heat hits the building, we are usually deep into our work. It’s a plain, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t try to impress anyone with the office. We just want a space where we can work and stay focused on the task.
