Ispat Industries Ltd.

This branch of Ispat Industries Ltd. is over in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. We are in Flat No-02 of the Classics Samarth building. It’s on Plot No-105/106 in Sector-10. The area is quite residential, so it feels quiet compared to the busy main city areas. Being on the ground floor, or flat two, makes it easy for us to come and go. We don't have to wait for any lifts, which is a big plus. The building is one of those typical apartment blocks where people live and work side by side. We have our desks set up in the main room. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work somehow. The 410206 pin code is where we get all our letters. Mritunjay Kumar Pathak is the name usually associated with this spot. We spend a lot of time just managing the files and making sure the records are straight. It gets a bit dusty being so near the road, so we are always cleaning the surfaces. During the monsoon, the rain really hits the windows hard here. We just put our heads down and work through it. It’s not a fancy glass tower, just a regular flat turned into an office space. It serves the purpose for what we need to do. We like the local vibe of Sector-10 and it suits us fine most days.
