Ispat Industries Ltd.

We’re based in Room 001 of the Hari Darshan Apartments. It’s a ground-floor spot on Plot 16 in Sector 9, Khanda Colony. Being in New Panvel West is convenient for us because everything we need is right around the corner. We’ve been using this room as our main office for Ispat Industries Ltd for quite a bit. It’s not a large space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork coming in. We’ve got a couple of desks squeezed in there and a small area for files. We don't really have any decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We aren't big on appearances. We’d rather focus on getting the steel orders right and making sure the billing is correct. You won’t find any corporate buzzwords here. We just speak our minds and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. The neighborhood is usually bustling with people going to and from work, and we’re just part of that daily flow. Sometimes we step out for a quick tea at the stall nearby when things get too quiet. It’s a simple life and a simple way to run a business. We’ve been at this for years, and Room 001 has served us well enough. If you stop by, you’ll probably find one of us buried in a spreadsheet or talking loudly on the telephone. We just keep at it.
