Ispat Industries Ltd

Our office for Ispat Industries Ltd is located in Sector 4 of Panvel. We are over at Ridhima Apartment, specifically Plot No 105/111. It is a residential-style building, so it feels very grounded and local. We aren't tucked away in some massive skyscraper in the middle of a shiny business district. Being in Navi Mumbai, we get a good mix of people coming through the area. Sector 4 is a decent, busy neighborhood with plenty of stuff happening around us. We mostly just focus on our own tasks here, whether it’s sorting out the daily orders or handling the local admin work for the company. It can get a bit crowded during the morning and evening commute hours, but that is just life in Panvel. The office itself is pretty simple and functional. We have our desks, our computers, and not much else in terms of decoration. Sometimes we have to run out to the bank or meet someone at a local shop nearby, and it’s easy enough to get around. We like being in a regular apartment building because it keeps things relatively quiet for the most part. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us making sure everything gets finished on time. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors in Ridhima Apartment are used to our presence by now. It is just where we do our bit for the company every day without making a fuss.
