Ispat Industries Ltd

If you head over to Sector 11 in New Panvel, you’ll find us in the Gini Residency building. We’re in room 201. Plot 13 is where the building sits. It’s a decent enough spot for Ispat Industries Ltd to have a base. Panvel has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep track of all the new buildings. Our office is fairly small, just enough space for the desks and the equipment we need to do our jobs. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and taking calls from people. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow or stops working for a minute, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess, even if it’s a bit tiring in the heat. The commute for most of us isn't too bad since we’re right here in the Raigad district. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or marketing. Most people who need us already know the address. It’s a practical setup for everyone involved. Nothing to brag about, but it works for what we need to get done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in. New shops are opening up every other week. We just keep doing our thing inside Gini Residency. It’s quiet enough to get work finished, which is the main thing. We keep the files organized and the coffee pot full.
