The building is right near the masjid, so it’s easy to find if you’re asking for directions in the neighborhood. It’s a busy little pocket of Navi Mumbai. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual desks and chairs, and maybe too many files stacked up in the corners. We aren't really interested in looking like a high-tech startup. We are just here to manage the industry work that comes through our doors. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the local shortcuts and the best places to eat lunch. The atmosphere is usually a bit hectic because there’s always a deadline or someone calling about a shipment. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and staring at spreadsheets. It’s a regular part of the New Panvel community. We see the local life going on right outside the window every day. It’s practical, it’s local, and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We don't use big words to describe what we do.
