Ispat Industries Ltd

Our office for Ispat Industries Ltd is in Sumitra Apartment, right in Sector 11 of New Panvel. It’s plot number 15 on Road number 4. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard residential-cum-commercial spot. We are in unit 001. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. New Panvel is growing fast, so there’s always noise from construction or traffic outside. Inside, we just focus on the day’s tasks. There’s no big marketing team here, just a few of us handling the operations. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office. We deal with a lot of local coordination and record-keeping. It’s the kind of place where you know the security guard by name and where to get the best vada pav around the corner. We don't go in for big meetings with presentations. We mostly talk across the room to get things sorted. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on where everyone is coming from, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this New Panvel location for some time. It suits us because it’s accessible and the rent is sensible. We just do our jobs, keep our heads down, and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much the whole story of this branch. We handle the paperwork and let the bigger offices deal with the rest.
