Ispat Industries Limited

We are at Plot No-14 in Khanda Colony, right inside Ashapura Appt. It’s House No-203. Most days are just us here at Ispat Industries Limited, dealing with whatever comes through the door in Panvel. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place in Sector-9. You know how it is in Navi Mumbai, sometimes it gets loud outside with the traffic, but we stay busy inside our four walls. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The apartment block is easy to find if you know the colony well enough. It’s a bit of a climb or a quick elevator ride up to 203. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. People around here know the area mostly for the residential blocks, so having our setup here works out fine. We keep the paperwork moving and try to stay organized, though the desk gets messy by noon. Sometimes the humid weather makes everything feel a bit slow, but we keep at it. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit when things get quiet. It’s just a normal workplace. Nothing more to it than that. We are just part of the local scenery in this part of Panvel. The sun hits the balcony in the afternoon. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some cold industrial park. That’s just who we are at this address. We focus on the daily grind and keep going.
