Ispat Industries Limited

We have been operating out of Flat No-402 in the Vaishanav Deep Chs for a good while now. Being located at Plot No-1A in Sector-5 of New Panvel, things can get pretty busy with all the local movement. Maharashtra weather is often humid, so we usually have the windows open or the fans going full speed while we work. This isn't a fancy corporate headquarters with a glass front and a lobby. It is just a regular flat where we handle the business for Ispat Industries Limited. Most of our day is spent dealing with stacks of paperwork and answering the phone. Sometimes the lift in the society is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs to the fourth floor, which keeps us moving. Our desks are a bit cluttered with folders and tea mugs, but we know where everything is kept. There is a balcony that looks out over the street in New Panvel, and it gets a bit noisy during rush hour, but you stop noticing it after a while. It is a practical space for us to get our daily tasks done without any unnecessary fuss. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things organized in our own way. It feels more like a real workplace because it is a bit lived-in and simple.
