Ispat Industries Limited

Ispat Industries Limited is based out of Flat No-02 on Plot No-09 in the Shiv Gauri Apartment building. We’re located in Sector-1 of New Panvel, which is a pretty practical spot for us to be. The office is on the ground floor, so we don't have to wait for the lift, which saves us a bit of time during the morning rush. It’s a simple setup—just a few rooms filled with desks and cabinets for all our paperwork and files. We mostly handle the back-end stuff for industrial steel projects. New Panvel is a growing area, and being here puts us close to the main highways. The team is just a handful of local people who know the industry well and have worked here for years. We aren’t big on formalities here. If there is a problem with a shipment, we just pick up the phone and fix it immediately. There is usually some noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, and the neighbors know us as the steel people. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers since most of our business is done over the phone or through email. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We focus on getting the details right and making sure our clients get what they were promised. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we know how to do best every day.
