Ispat Industries Dolvi

For our Ispat Industries Dolvi office, we are situated in Khanda Colony, specifically in Sector-06 of Panvel. We are in B-Wing, 401, Flat No 18, inside Neelkanth Park. It’s a residential complex, so it feels very much like a home office. We have neighbors who are living their lives all around us, which makes for a different atmosphere than a commercial plaza. You can hear kids playing or people cooking sometimes. Our flat is set up with a few workstations and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s a bit tight on space, but we have organized it the best we can. We usually start our day early before the colony gets too busy. Panvel is a fast-growing area, and New Mumbai is just around the corner, so there is always something happening. We handle the Dolvi-related work from this location. It’s a simple place with plain curtains and regular tiles on the floor. We don't go for anything fancy. We just sit down, do our work, and head home at the end of the day. The building is okay, though the elevator is a bit small and slow. We’ve been here for a while and the security guards know us well. It’s a practical way to run a business without the overhead of a big downtown office. We just focus on the tasks at hand.
