Ismt Limited

Our office is in a residential complex called Mont Vert 1, right on the Pashan Sus Road in Pune. We’re in flat A-24, which means we are surrounded by families and everyday apartment life. It’s an interesting place to work because it doesn’t feel like an office at all. You have to walk past the kids’ play area and through the main lobby of the building to get to us. Inside the flat, we’ve turned the rooms into working spaces with desks and computers. We don’t have any big corporate branding or a reception desk. If you come to see us, you just ring the doorbell like you would at a friend’s house. Being on the Pashan Sus Road, we can see the heavy traffic from our balcony, but inside it’s surprisingly quiet. Most of our work at Ismt Limited involves managing records and keeping things organized. We don’t have many visitors, so it’s usually just the same few of us every day. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen and take turns bringing in snacks to share. It’s a very informal environment, which makes the work feel less stressful. We don’t have any strict dress codes or complicated rules. We just come in, do our part to keep the business moving, and then head out when the day is done. It’s practical and comfortable for us to work here.
