Ishanya Infosoft

Ishanya Infosoft is based out of Chinchwad at number 11. It’s a straightforward location that isn't too hard to find if you are familiar with the landmarks nearby. The building itself is quite plain, just concrete and glass like many others in this area. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Inside, the layout is pretty basic with desks lined up and a few cabinets for old files. We don’t really do the whole modern office decor thing. There are no bean bags or ping-pong tables here. We just have our workstations and some decent chairs. The air conditioning works most of the time, though it can get a little stuffy in the far corner during the summer months. Most of us live nearby, so the commute to Chinchwad isn’t too bad. We start our mornings by checking emails and planning out the day's tasks. It is a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when you’re trying to concentrate on software logic. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the small eatery down the road. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes every hour, so things might be a little dusty on the shelves. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people who know their way around a computer. We usually keep a stack of old tech magazines in the corner for anyone to read. The front door sticks sometimes.
