Iroll Solutions Private Limited is our small company based in Bopodi. We are located at Flat No 27 on the second floor of Sriniwas Nirmitee. This is on Bhau Patil Road, specifically in the Pragati Nagar area. It’s a bit of an older part of Pune but it has a lot of character. Our office isn't very large. It’s just enough space for our desks and a small area to sit and talk. We don't have fancy glass walls or a gym. We just have what we need to get our work done. Being on the second floor means we are close to the street level, so we hear the sounds of the city all day. It keeps us grounded. We’ve been here for some time now and we like the routine of it. We are a private limited company, so there are some formal things we have to take care of, but we try to keep the atmosphere light. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to each other. We just say things as they are. Sometimes the parking on Bhau Patil Road is a bit of a challenge, but we manage. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to help each other out when things get busy. It’s a simple setup in a hardworking neighborhood. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure everything is handled properly.
