You can find Iqbin Technologies Llp at Samarth Bunglow. It’s Plot No 9 in Parijat Society. The area is S No. 61/21, Koregaon Park, Mundhawa. Being in a bungalow is much better than a cramped office building. We have a bit of a garden area outside, though it’s mostly just some overgrown grass and a few pots. Parijat Society is a nice, quiet pocket in a very busy part of Pune. Koregaon Park is usually loud, but back here it’s relatively calm. Mundhawa traffic is a nightmare sometimes, so we all try to get in before the rush. The bungalow has these big rooms that we’ve turned into work spaces. Iqbin Technologies Llp feels more like a shared house than a tech company. We have a small table in the corner where we eat lunch together. It’s mostly homemade tiffins. There’s no fancy cafeteria here. We like the vibe of Samarth Bunglow because it has character. The wooden doors creak a bit. We’ve got cables running across the floor because we keep adding more computers. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just do our tasks and try to stay out of the heat. Life at Plot No 9 is pretty steady. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys know the name without looking.
