You can find us at Ion Exchange Enviro Farms Ltd. on the second floor of Neeta Towers. We’re right across from Sandvik Asia in the Dapodi area, just off the main Mumbai-Pune Road. It’s a busy spot, and the sound of the traffic is something you just get used to after a while. Our floor is usually quite full of activity, with people moving back and forth between the desks all day. We focus on the environmental side of farming, which keeps us pretty occupied with various projects and paperwork. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see people working. The Dapodi location is convenient for us because it’s easy to get to from either Pune or Mumbai, even if the road gets blocked up during the peak hours. We’ve been in this building for some time, and we know the other tenants well. It’s a practical space for a practical company. We don't go in for big, polished statements about what we do. Mostly, we just look at the data, talk to the people on the farms, and try to make sure everything is running the way it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s a bit of a headache, but that’s just the nature of the job. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It is a good way to work, and it keeps things moving for everyone involved.
