Our office, Invtsoft Development India Private Limited, is situated in Akurdi, right across from the Nigdi Bridge. We are in the Prestige Plaza building on the second floor, office number 13. It is a busy part of Pune, but we like being where the action is. The bridge is a huge landmark, so we usually tell people to just look for that and they’ll find us easily. Inside, it is a pretty standard workspace. We have our desks set up and we spend most of our time staring at screens and talking through development problems. We aren’t a fancy outfit with a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way without the typical corporate overhead. Most of us have lived in Maharashtra for years, so we are comfortable in this community. The office has a bit of character to it, maybe a few stacks of papers here and there, but it shows we are actually working. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a group of developers who know how to build things. If you stop by, you’ll see we are just regular folks doing a job we know well. We take our breaks together and talk about normal things, then get back to work until it is time to go home to our families.
