Involute Tech Pvt Ltd is based out of Alandi, which is part of the Khed Taluka in the Pune district. If you’ve ever been to Alandi, you know it’s a place with a lot of spiritual significance and a bit of a rural feel compared to the main city of Pune. We are located right at the post, and it’s a fairly quiet area for a tech company to be. We don't have the big glass buildings you see in Hinjewadi or Magarpatta. Instead, we have a more modest setup that fits the local surroundings. The air is a bit clearer here, and the pace of life is definitely slower than the city center. We spend our workdays dealing with technical matters and ensuring everything is on track. Being in Alandi means we’re a bit removed from the constant noise, which is actually quite helpful for our focus. We’re just a group of people who come in every morning, do our jobs, and try to do them well. We don't have any grand mission statements or polished brochures. Our office is functional, with the basic necessities we need to operate. Sometimes the power goes out or things get a bit dusty because of the local roads, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a practical, local operation, and we like being part of the community here in the Khed area. It feels right for the way we like to work.
