We are located at Wagh Pankaj Bajirrao in the At/Post area of Tal Erandol. Intigral Pvt Ltd is a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling the daily stuff. Erandol is a decent place to be based. It's not like the big metro cities, which suits us just fine. We don't have a giant HR department or a fancy lobby. It's just an office where we spend our hours getting through the list of things that need doing. Sometimes we have a lot on our plate, other times it’s a bit slower. That's just the nature of it. We’ve been at this address for some time now. You learn the rhythms of the neighborhood after a while. Who’s opening their shop early, who stays late. We try to keep our workspace tidy, but usually, there are files everywhere by Tuesday. It’s a real working environment. No one here is wearing a suit unless they really have to. We prefer just getting on with it. The local area is pretty quiet, which helps when you need to focus. We’ve gotten to know the people around here. It’s a simple setup for a private limited company. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our jobs well enough to keep things running. It’s a steady life here in Erandol and we like the consistency of it. That is basically how we operate every day.
