Interleap Technologies Private Limited

Our office for Interleap Technologies Private Limited is in Kharadi, over at Ganga Constella. We are in building C2, flat 504. It’s a residential complex, so it has a different vibe than a standard commercial park. We like it because it feels a bit more like home. Being in Pune, specifically in the Kharadi area, means we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. There’s a lot of construction and new stuff popping up all the time. Our space in C2-504 is pretty straightforward. We’ve got our workstations set up in the main rooms, and the balcony gives us a spot to step out and get some air when we need a break. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though you can hear the kids playing downstairs in the common areas sometimes. We don't really have a big staff, just a handful of us working together. We handle our own tea and keep the place tidy ourselves. It’s not a place with shiny signs or a fancy lobby. We just have our name on the door and our equipment inside. Most days are spent looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. We chose this spot because it’s relatively easy for most of us to get to, and it’s not as chaotic as being right in the middle of the city center. It’s just a practical place for a small team to get things done.
