We are based out of Pimple Gurav, right at SNO 63/3/5 in Gajanan Nagar. Most people around here know Katepuram Chowk, and we are quite close to that landmark. Our postcode is 411061 if you’re looking us up on a map. It’s a decent area with a lot of foot traffic and local families going about their business. We focus on the food side of things, so there’s always a bit of a rush around mealtimes. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have and keep things moving. It’s a lot of prep work and making sure all the ingredients are ready. We aren't some big chain with fancy uniforms or scripts. We wear what's comfortable for working in a kitchen environment. Sometimes the orders pile up and we have to move fast to keep up. It gets a bit noisy with the fans going and the pots clanking, but that's how it goes in this line of work. We like being in this part of the city because it feels like a real community. You see the same faces walking by the chowk every day. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing ourselves. We just focus on getting the food done and out the door. It’s a hard-working atmosphere here. Some days are long, but we just get on with it.
