We are located in the Meera Nagar Co-operative Society in Pune. Our space is in Flat B9/10. It is a bit unusual for a software company to be in a residential society, but it works out well for us. It keeps things quiet and away from all the main road noise. The area around 411001 is quite central, so getting here is not too difficult for the staff. We have been here for a good amount of time now. Inside, you will find a lot of computers and wires everywhere. It is a functional space where we focus on our coding and technical work. We do not have any of those fancy perks like bean bags or free gourmet food. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee. Most of us just bring our lunch from home and eat together. The atmosphere is usually pretty focused. We spend long hours staring at screens and talking through technical problems. Sometimes the society has its own rules we have to follow, like being quiet during certain hours, but we do not mind that. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes. We have seen the neighborhood grow and change, with new buildings constantly popping up around Meera Nagar. Even though the company name sounds big, our local office here is just a group of people working hard. We do not put on a show for anyone.
