We operate out of Flat No 11 in Alankarpart Co Op Housing Society, located at 283 71 Tanajinagar in Chinchwad, Pune. It’s a quiet residential society, so it doesn't feel like a typical software company at all. We are on the fourth floor, and the view is just other buildings and some trees. We do software work, mostly coding and fixing bugs for our clients. It’s a small group of us, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. We don't have a fancy canteen or a gym. We have a small kettle for tea and a microwave for our tiffins. The office is really just a flat where we’ve put in extra power outlets and some office chairs. It’s a bit cramped with all the monitors, but it’s a good atmosphere. Chinchwad is a busy industrial and residential mix, but our corner is relatively peaceful. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do. We aren't trying to be the next big thing in Pune; we just want to do decent work and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we just order some local food and keep going. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a tech business. We like the independence of being in a small society like Alankarpart. It stays quiet most days.
