Intelage Solutions is up on the second floor of the Kalamkar Premises in Baner. We are right near the Rasta Cafe, which is a big landmark for anyone in this part of Pune. Balewadi Phata is always buzzing with cars and people. Our spot at Sr No 135/6 is pretty convenient. The office itself is just a regular workspace. We’ve got some sturdy tables and a bunch of chairs we bought when we started. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes taped up. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs if you aren't used to it, but it’s fine. We hear the traffic from the street all day long. It becomes like background music after a while. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and talking on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We usually get our tea from the stall downstairs. They know us by now. Being in Maharashtra-411045 puts us in a good spot for meeting people, though we mostly stay inside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a posh lobby. We just want a place where we can sit down, open our laptops, and get through the workload. It's a busy life, but it's ours.
