We are tucked away in the Sharada Indl. Est. at 24 / 6 / 3. It is right behind Ajinkya Ngr. in the Hingane Kh. area, just off Sinhagad Rd. Finding us for the first time can be a bit tricky because of how the industrial estate is laid out. Integrated Cad Cam Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while now. The space is mostly filled with machines and computers. It smells a bit like oil and electronics, which is normal for an industrial estate. We spend our hours working on different design and manufacturing setups. It is a lot of sitting and staring at monitors, then checking things out on the floor. The neighborhood is mostly other workshops and small factories. It is a noisy place during the day, with trucks coming in and out. We do not really have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you will probably see someone in overalls or someone hunched over a keyboard. We keep the paperwork in a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. Lunch is often brought from home or someone goes out to get food for everyone. It is a basic, hardworking environment. We focus on getting the CAD and CAM stuff right. There is not much more to it than that.
