We’ve got our office for Integral Solution Pvt Ltd at 15, Kalagram Society-2 in the Kothrud area of Pune. Kothrud is a great part of the city, though finding parking near the society can be a real headache sometimes. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have some desks pushed together and a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea and coffee. It’s a regular office environment without any of the flashy stuff you see in the big tech parks. Most of our time is spent on the computers, working through whatever projects we have on the go. We don't have a lot of meetings; usually, we just talk to each other across the room if something comes up. The atmosphere is pretty casual. Sometimes we wear slippers in the office if it’s a rainy day in Pune. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of people trying to do a solid job. We like the fact that we’re in a society rather than a big commercial building because it feels a bit more like home. There’s a nice tree outside our window that we look at when we need a break from the screens. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s just honest work in a nice neighborhood.
