Intech Pvt Ltd

Intech Pvt Ltd is based out here in Gargoti, in the Bhudargad area. It’s a bit of a drive to get to this part of Kolhapur, but we’ve always liked it here. We aren’t some big city operation with fancy glass windows and a receptionist. Our place is a lot more modest, just a regular building where we handle all our technical and engineering tasks. Being in a small town like Gargoti means we know most of the people who walk through our doors. It’s a different way of doing business than what you’d find in Mumbai. Sometimes things take a bit longer because of the distance, or maybe the power goes out for a bit, but we just deal with it. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been together for years. We all do a bit of everything, whether it’s fixing a piece of equipment or sorting out the paperwork. We don't use big corporate words to talk about our work. We just try to be helpful and do the job right the first time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with parts and tools, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve grown slowly over time, mostly because our neighbors tell others about us. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be part of this community. We keep things pretty informal and just focus on the work that needs doing every day. It's not fancy, but it is ours.
