Insight is based out of a flat in Chandan Nagar, specifically Flat No 8 in Building 15 of Rakshak Nager. It’s a quiet enough area in Pune, though Kharadi is always growing and changing around us. We’ve turned the living area into a workspace where we handle our daily tasks. It’s got that residential feel which makes the workday a bit more relaxed than being in a big skyscraper. We have the usual office stuff like printers and some old filing cabinets that probably need replacing soon. The walls are a plain off-white and we have a few plants by the window that we sometimes forget to water during busy weeks. It’s just a handful of us working together. We don’t go for anything fancy or polished in how we look. If the doorbell rings, it’s usually just a delivery or a neighbor. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it feels like home. We focus on the work at hand without much fuss. It is a practical way to run things and it works.
