Our place is a bit of a trek if you aren't used to the Shivane area. Inoxpa India is located at Survey No-83, specifically Hissa No 2/6/A Anant Industrial Estate. We are right in Dangat Patil Nagar. It’s a proper industrial zone. There are workshops and factories all around us, so the sound of machinery is pretty much the background music of our lives. We have a decent amount of space here, which we need for all the stainless steel parts and pumps we handle. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s baking outside. We spend a lot of time in the warehouse area, moving things around and checking the inventory. It can get dusty with all the construction and traffic nearby, but we keep our section as tidy as possible. Working in Shivane means we are surrounded by other people who are also just putting in their hours. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and find one of us near the back. Usually, there’s a truck being loaded or unloaded at the gate. We’ve got a small office section for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the floor. It’s a straightforward environment. We deal with technical stuff, but we talk about it in plain terms. It’s just how things get done at Anant Industrial Estate.
