We are set up near Juna Wadaj Circle. The address says Bhosari but we are really right there by the circle in Juna Wadaj, at 93 10. It’s a spot that stays pretty loud because of all the vehicles going around the circle all day long. You get used to the honking and the dust after a while. It’s not the quietest place to have an office, but it makes it easy for people to find us since the landmark is so well known. The building itself has seen better days, but it holds up and keeps the sun off us during those really hot afternoons. We spend most of our time inside just keeping track of everything. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking on things. Sometimes the electricity acts up when the weather gets bad, but we just wait it out and carry on. There isn’t much in the way of decoration here. Just the basics that we need to function. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up during breaks. It’s a very local vibe, nothing corporate about it. We have our routine and we stick to it. Dealing with the heat is probably the biggest challenge some months. But being right at the circle means we are in the middle of everything, which has its own kind of energy. We just show up, do the hours, and head home like everyone else. It’s just a standard day for the crew here in this busy corner.
