You can find us at Survey No. 82/8, tucked away in the Baba Industrial Estate over in Dangat Patil Nagar. It’s a proper industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background. We don’t have one of those shiny offices you see in the city center. Our place is more about the work happening on the floor. Inoxa India Pvt.Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. The roads around here can get a bit rough when it rains, but we are used to it. Every morning we open up the shutters and get things moving. It’s mostly about keeping the production on track and making sure the team has what they need. There is a lot of dust sometimes, and it gets loud, but it’s an honest place to work. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on fancy meetings; we’d rather just fix whatever problem is right in front of us. It’s practical and straightforward here. Dangat Patil Nagar is a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in with the other units nearby. We just focus on the daily output and making sure the items are made correctly without making a big fuss about it. It’s been our home for years and we don’t see that changing anytime soon because it works for the business.
