We are based out of Flat 5 in the Raj Vilas Apartment complex on NDA Pashan Road. Being in Bavdhan is nice because it’s a bit greener than the city center, though the road outside can get backed up during the evening rush. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a small bathroom, which is handy. We’ve got desks in the main room and some more in the smaller bedroom area. It feels very informal here. We usually work in our comfortable clothes and don’t worry too much about appearances. We spend our days writing code and testing out different tech ideas. There’s usually some music playing softly in the background to help us concentrate. The balcony looks out over some of the other buildings, and it’s a good spot to take a break when our eyes get tired of looking at code. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it's just a small group of us trying to build things that work. Sometimes we order food from the places nearby and just eat at our desks while we talk about work or whatever else is on our minds. It’s a simple life, really. We like the quiet of the apartment setting because it lets us focus without all the distractions you get in a big office building. It’s just our little tech spot in Pune. We often end up staying quite late when a project is nearly finished.
