Our office is actually Flat No. D/802 in Gemini Park Avenue, which is tucked away in Mohammadwadi on NIBM Road. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels a bit different than working in a big glass office building in the middle of a tech park. Being in Pune, the weather is usually decent, though the afternoons get hot in the summer. We’ve set up Innovij Private Limited here because it’s convenient and honestly, it’s a bit more relaxed. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. Sometimes there’s a bit of a breeze coming through the windows since we’re up on the eighth floor. We spend a lot of time sitting around the main table talking through whatever we’re working on. It’s a practical setup. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a balcony that’s good for taking a break when the work gets a bit heavy. NIBM Road has changed a lot lately with all the new shops and places to eat, so finding lunch isn’t hard. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. We just show up, do our jobs, and head home when we're finished. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to keep things running smoothly. Some days are busier than others, especially when we’re trying to meet a deadline, but we mostly just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks.
