We’ve got Innoventia Pharmaceuticals Llp set up in the Upper Bibvewadi area of Pune. Our place is on Plot 14-15, specifically at Chawl-B-41 near S. No. 639. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood, and our office fits right in. We aren't trying to be some big, shiny corporation. We’re just a small team working out of this space to get pharmaceutical products sorted and distributed. The office is pretty basic with just some old wooden desks and a lot of metal racks for the inventory. Pune weather is usually nice, but it gets pretty dusty around here with the local construction. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and trying to figure out the best routes for delivery. It’s a lot of logistical puzzles every day. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. If you want to know something, you just call and talk to whoever picks up the phone. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. Most of us have been working in pharma for years, so we know the ropes. We just do our jobs, handle the paperwork, and try not to let the stress get to us. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been at this Bibvewadi location for a bit now and we like the local vibe. It’s just simple, honest work for us every day.
