Innovative Technomics Pvt Ltd is located over in the MIDC area of Bhosari, specifically at X-17 and X-1. If you know the area, you know it is mostly industrial sheds and heavy trucks moving around all day. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The name on the gate says Innovative Technomics Pvt Ltd, which sounds a bit formal, but inside it is just a bunch of us handling technical work and managing the day-to-day operations. Our space isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical workspace with a lot of machinery and desks piled with drawings. The morning starts early here because the heat in Bhosari gets a bit much by the afternoon. We usually have tea from the stall down the road and talk about what needs to get finished before the day ends. There is always noise from the neighboring units, which is just part of life in an industrial zone like this. We don’t have a big reception area or shiny floors. It is more about the work we do on the floor and making sure the orders are ready on time. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the MIDC, the shift changes, and the way the traffic picks up in the evening.
